The customer is required to read carefully Terms and Conditions below on the site. Contracts concluded on the www.azaleabellagio.com site are governed by Italian law and the relevant forum is that of Como(CO).
- All products on our site may be available in stock or in the works, as they are handcrafted. Entering the individual tabs you have the opportunity to view them in detail. However, the images and colors of the products displayed may not be entirely the same as the actual images and colors due to the internet browser and monitor used. The products presented can also be modified without notice. The Azalea s.n.c. reserves to vary the types and quantities of products that can be purchased online. The customer will be informed if his order is inaction due to the product’s non-availability. If the communication does not take place within this time, the request cannot be taken into account. Upon receipt of the notice, confirmation of the withdrawal will be sent to the buyer.
- The returned product must be in perfect condition, healthy, and must not have been used or damaged. If these conditions are not met and the product is damaged due to use other than the one necessary to view the product itself, the buyer will be charged for the decrease in the value of the asset.
- The products must be sent back, within the original packaging, within 14 days of the date of the notice of withdrawal. The delivery costs for the return of the product are borne by the customer, any costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
- The refund will be made in the same way as for the payment of the purchased goods, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the return, excluding shipping costs and possibly net of customs charges if due for shipments made abroad. These rules will come into force on 14/06/2014. Until then, the one in English is postponed.

Stripe payments:
Stripe is an absolutely secure online payment method that allows you to make the payment directly from your account.
The account and credit card information is managed directly by Stripe, which will only provide us with an email notice of the payment.
Bank transfer: You can make the payment by bank transfer by selecting the option at the end of the purchase process. In this case, an e-mail communication will provide bank details to make the transfer. The order will remain on standby waiting to receive an e-mail copy confirming the payment. The fulfillment of the order will take place when the transfer is credited.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping will be made through Couriers or Italian Post Offices. No deliveries will be made to mailboxes and therefore the order will not be fulfilled.
The order takes from a minimum of 1 to 3 business days for delivery in Italy if the product is available in stock. If the product is not available in stock, a different timeline will be agreed with the customer.
Disadvantaged islands and resorts can take an additional 24 to 48 hours.
